His career highlights include quality work for companies like, AMD, Intel, and Freescale, alongside collaborations with various public school districts. Ricky's commitment to quality and honesty has been trademark. 

Project Manger

 Bringing 9 years of construction experience, specializing in small construction projects.  His work spans projects for University of Texas Medical Branch - Galveston, RRISD, LISD, Hutto ISD, and Hays ISD, ensuring quality and regulatory standards. 

Field Superintendent 

 A seasoned professional with 26 years of construction experience as an electrician and superintendent and 10 years in facility maintenance. His expertise has been instrumental in projects for Cushman & Wakefield, Walker Engineering, and Prism Electric, showcasing a legacy of excellence and leadership in the field. 

Business Development Director

   Marcos brings a background in construction operations, technology, and business development, focused on improving processes and project execution. He works closely with leadership and project teams to strengthen workflows, client relationships, and long-term growth.
