 Ricky Hicks brings 47 years of construction expertise, evolving from carpenter to superintendent and now owner of RL Hicks LP. His career highlights include quality work for companies like, AMD, Intel, and Freescale, alongside collaborations with various public school districts. Ricky's commitment to quality and honesty has been trademark. 

Project Manger

 Bringing 9 years of construction experience, specializing in small construction projects.  His work spans projects for University of Texas Medical Branch - Galveston, RRISD, LISD, Hutto ISD, and Hays ISD, ensuring quality and regulatory standards. 

 With over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a strong foundation of field knowledge, leadership, and problem-solving to every project.    His hands-on approach and attention to detail help keep projects on track while maintaining clear communication between the field and office. 

Business Development Director

   Marcos brings a background in construction operations, technology, and business development, focused on improving processes and project execution. He works closely with leadership and project teams to strengthen workflows, client relationships, and long-term growth.
